let it be known that,
neither punchbuggy green or anything else in my life would not have been able to continue
without the help of the people mentioned below.
My home and everything about it ran smack dab into the insurance issue
and I became completely overwhelmed with a system that may not be as caring
as they say they are.
It came down to a desperate email and/or phone call to anyone I could think of.

In the end, everything turned out for the best but, I found out, I was just really lucky.
- lucky that someone noticed and cared enough to help... and started the ball rolling.
- lucky enough that people in a position to influence change, did.
- and lucky enough to have complete strangers help so much by understanding
and supporting my efforts.
